About the event
It's customary to serve jelly doughnuts at Chanukah since they are fried in oil to symbolize the miracle of the oil that lasted for eight days instead of one.
Itsik Maaravi will show you how to make Safta Shula's Sufganiyot Eshel.Â
Safta - Hebrew word for grandmotherÂ
ingredients:
1.5 cup Flour
1.5 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 eggs
Confectioners Sugar
Filling of Choice
Spirit of Choice (optional)
