About the event
"Giving Women a Second Chance"
Learn about Benevolence Farm and sample products from their body care line - a form of income for the women living and working on the farm.
Benevolence Farm was built on the premise of mercy and sincere belief in second chances. Through agricultural training and production, Benevolence Farm provides an opportunity for women affected by the criminal justice system and other vulnerable populations to live and work on a farm where they grow food, nourish self, and foster community. They develop skills in sustainable farming, small business practices, food preparation and presentation in an environment that fosters improved physical, spiritual and financial health.
