About the event

Please join us for this moving service featuring inspirational music that will certainly ensure a memorable evening.

The service is designed not only to honor the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but also to reach out and facilitate dialogue. Our special guest speaker will be Dr. Franklin D. Gilliam, Jr., Chancellor of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. We will also feature the band “the Spartan Jazz collective”.

All are welcomed and we encourage everyone attending to bring as many people from all walks of life and faith traditions as they can! This is also a great event for middle and high school students.
