About the event

Hundreds of years ago, the Baal Shem Tov (a great sage and the founder of Hasidism) developed a process for his difficult age that deals with how we face and move through adversity.

Thursday, April 2, at 9:15 p.m. we will meet on Zoom to chant, meditate, and support each other through these times of adversity. This week we will focus on "Managing Our Fears"

We will begin by opening to the resources of blessing, and then experience this 3-part process:

Hachna’ah (being humbled, surrendering, Yielding)

Havdalah (discerning God’s Presence in the midst of it)

Ham’takah (Sweetening our Bitterness)

We will connect with each other, open up our inner resources, calm down our nervous systems, and enter in to the possibilities and opportunities of this unprecedented time.  Please join me.
