About the event

Come for a delicious lunch prepared in-house; greet old friends and make new ones.

Program:  Microbes and Us  -- Robert Cannon will discuss current heath issues:  Alzheimer’s, dementia, Covid, the flu, etc. Rob Cannon (Ph.D., University of Delaware) is a Professor Emeritus of Biology at UNC-Greensboro.  His research and teachings were focused on microbiology, immunology and virology.  He also taught for the Honors Program and was Graduate Director for the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (MALS) Program.  This Fall will mark 50 years of teaching at UNC-Greensboro for him.
