Friendship Circle

 Do you worry about the future? “Looking Forward” describes and demonstrates how to “look  forward” to the future—including tomorrow—with increased positivity, confidence and   lightheartedness. Participants typically leave this program feeling good, with a greater sense of  optimism, wellbeing and connection with others. 

“At our family caregiver retreats, we offer activities to nurture the mind, body and spirit. During the  winter retreat this year, a “Looking Forward” session was part of our day. As the leaders facilitated  and prompted discussion with thoughtful questions, it provided a wonderful opportunity for  caregivers to build community and share their stories”.
