Join the Friendship Circle to learn practical, everyday ways to support memory, focus, and long-term brain health. This engaging presentation covers six key pillars of brain health — including physical activity, nutrition, sleep, mental engagement, social connection, and stress management — and simple steps you can start taking today. Presented by James Kappelman, Senior Care Authority Central NC.
