About the event
Experience Sound Healing with Nancy Pitkin.
Nancy is a certified Sound Healer, pianist (she has substituted for Andy Mock at the Temple on occasion), vocalist, composer and song writer. She will talk about stress and how it affects the body and teach some simple mindful movement with some toning exercises and breathing.
