Exploring Themes of Elul by Writing or Drawing from Personal Experience

Registration is Closed

Time & Location

Aug 25, 2020, 7:00 PM

About The Event

Elul presents us with interesting themes such as t’shuvah, prayer, our relationship with G-d and others. In this session, teens will reach into their own experience to write short autobiographical paragraphs/poems/theatrical scenes OR create art based on some of the Elul themes in a familiar contemporary setting.  There will be time to share following the art-making and writing. The finished work will be turned into a “zine” and “published” on-line and shared with the Temple community.
