Balsamic Mushroom Orecchiette Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oilÂ
- 2 tablespoons ghee (or butter)Â
- 1 large shallot, dicedÂ
- 1 pound baby bella or white mushrooms, slicedÂ
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressedÂ
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegarÂ
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or sugar-free steak sauce (optional)Â
- 3 1/4 cups Garlic Broth or low-sodium vegetable brothÂ
- 1 teaspoon dried oreganoÂ
- 1 teaspoon seasoned saltÂ
- 1 pound orecchiette (Frisbee-like pasta)Â
- 1/4 cup plain 2% (or 0%) Greek yogurt Â
OPTIONAL FINISHING TOUCHESÂ
- White or black truffle oil Â
- Balsamic glaze
