About the event
This year's Shavuot Yizkor Service will be held on Friday, May 22, beginning at 5:45 p.m. at our Jefferson Road Campus (1129 Jefferson Road).
In Jewish tradition, there are four times during the year we are mandated to have a Yizkor service: During Pesach (Passover) and Sukkot, and on Shavuot and Yom Kippur. If you have lost a parent, spouse, child, or sibling, Judaism encourages us to attend Yizkor services. We invite you to fulfill this important mitzvah!
This service will be held in person and Livestreamed on Temple Emanuel's Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/TEGreensboro).
