Class 1: Rabbi Fred Guttman- Israeli Art, Music and Poetry post October 7
Art music and poetry are a reflection of the tortured and traumatized soul of the people of Israel. These three give us a unique window into Israelis. a window that is not often reported in the press.
Class 2: Nichol Walters- Teshuvah Meditation

I have been practicing the art of yoga and mediation for nearly a decade and I enjoy weaving the values of Judaism into this practice. I believe all people should have access to the practice of mindfulness and it is a joy and privilege to share what I learn with my community.
