From the moment Renee Miller and her husband, Lanny, joined the Temple in 1995, she has been an active volunteer.

However, since she and Lanny sold their business, Bears, Balloons & Beyond, she has quietly devoted numerous hours to everything from arranging mitzvah events, to providing meals for those who are homebound or grieving, to organizing the Temple's Chevra Kaddisha (burial society), to shopping, preparing and serving monthly lunches for the Temple’s Friendship Circle.

Renee always said when she retired she would devote more time to Temple events, and that is certainly what she has done. She brings her talents, her culinary skills and her love to everything she does, but always in the background.

For these reasons and so much more, the Temple Board, Rabbis and staff wish to recognize her for all she does and all she gives to so many!
